Sarah “Six Pack” Palin’s son Track hasn’t called his mother, but he has called his girlfriend…

Here is an excerpt from Hugh Hewitt’s (who would name their kid that?) interview with Sarah Palin this morning:

“HH: Last question, Governor. Have you and Todd heard from your son? And how is it on your nerves having your son deployed?

SP: That little stinker, I guess he’s called his girlfriend a couple of times, but can you believe he hasn’t called his momma yet? He’s over there. They were just leaving Kuwait heading into Iraq, and I am just so extremely proud of Track, my son, and all of the men and women, of course, serving in the military. I’m proud that my son made this independent and very wise decision as such a young man at 18, deciding you know, he realized there’s something he can do to help, to contribute, to help protect our nation, and I couldn’t be more proud of him and all those who choose to serve in our military. They’re serving for the right reasons. God bless them, God love them.”

Could it be that Track hasn’t called his mother because she coerced him into joining the military?  Was it not his choice?  (You know how Sarah Palin is against people having choices.)  Or maybe he was just wanting to get away from his mother?  Either way, by her own admission, he hasn’t called her but he has called his girlfriend.  A couple times.

Apparently, even her son can’t stand her.

How come we never see her with her baby? She’s rarely shown with him. That concerns me even more. I heard at one point she and Todd were traveling without the children. So are the girls in school in Alaska? And who is with them exactly? Again, half the time Todd is with her. And the baby? I don’t know. For a new mother to take such an OVERWHELMING role when you have a newborn just seems very strange to me. And I’m not being sexist. All my female friends who are mostly Democrats feel the same way.

This past week Willow has been campaigning with her mother. Why isn’t she in school? There is something very, very wrong here.

I’m not jealous of her. I detest her and everything that she stands for.
