Add Jose Carlos Mantano to the list of those that gang-raped a 15 year old girl at Richmond High School

More quality offspring resulting from a quality upbringing.  Here is another name and face to sear into your memory:

jose-carlos-montano

He and several other men raped, beat and robbed a helpless 15 year old girl while others looked on and took photos.

I am so disgusted.

SHOCKING NEWS: Sarah Palin continues to LIE

AKMuckraker is always on top of all things Alaska and Sarah Palin:

And, according to Bob Cesca, she also wants to charge an exorbitant fee for people to hear her speak–when it’s normally considered an honor to be invited.  Class.

Share early and often.

More Suspects Named In The Gang-Rape At Richmond High School

All of them are being charged as adults regardless of their age because of the heinous nature of the crime:

Ari Morales, 16 years old

Cody Ray Smith, 15 years old

Marcelles Peter, 17 years old

Manuel Ortega, 19 years old

Add to that, quite possibly:

Salvador Rodriguez, 21 years old

Then we have the mother of Marcelles Peter, Monquahsa Peter, saying that if her son is found guilty and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law that she will sue the City of Richmond.

Her son, Marcelles, says he was just walking by.  Yeah, that’s right, teenagers NEVER lie.

To the parents of these children, I have two words:  NICE JOB!

Manuel Ortega is a RAPIST

Take a good look at this picture and commit his face and name to your memory as this is likely not the first, nor the last, time he has done this.

manuel ortega, rapist

Apparently, a 15 year old girl was attending the homecoming dance at Richmond High School in Richmond, CA, and when she left the dance and was getting ready to call her father for a ride home a classmate lured her behind the building for some underage drinking.

According to the story, she drank quite a bit in a short amount of time and became an easy target for the cocksucker pictured above PLUS about a half dozen other losers RAPED and BEAT and ROBBED her — all while about TWENTY ONLOOKERS CHEERED THEM ON.

Some of these fine young people, the future of America, even went and got others to watch or join in.  “If you want to get fucked there is a drunk girl behind the building and everyone is joining in.”  That’s a real quality mentality.  What kind of parenting is going on these days?  Is this a result of not being able to give your kid a good ol’ fashioned ass whoopin’?

Or is it, as someone pointed out, that the latino community does not value women?  If that’s the case, go back to your own country and ruin it.  The Bushes and Cheneys and Becks and Limbaughs are doing well enough here on their own without your help.

word du jour: DEBAUCHERY

I feel that Merriam Webster is the ultimate resource for definitons, so once again I rely on them for my word of the day:  DEBAUCHERY

Main Entry: de·bauch·ery
Pronunciation: \di-ˈbȯ-chə-rē, -chrē, -ˈbä-\
Function: noun
Inflected Form(s): plural de·bauch·er·ies
Date: 1642

1 a : extreme indulgence in sensuality b plural : orgies
2 archaic : seduction from virtue or duty

Interesting that the plural of DEBAUCHERY is ORGIES.  This definition implies that indulging in, well, fabulous orgasms is less than virtuous.  And, what can I say about “duty” except “doody”.  Poo on that.

Let’s use that in a sentence:

When on vacation many a widely known virtuous soul could be easily swayed unto delicious DEBAUCHERY.

Walk Naked In America Day

Don’t forget to mark your calendars. As you may already know, it is a sin for a Muslim male to see any woman other than his wife naked. He must commit suicide if he does.

So next Saturday at 4 PM Eastern Time, all American women are asked to walk out of their house completely naked to help weed out any neighborhood terrorists.

Circling your block for one hour is recommended for this anti-terrorist effort.

All patriotic men are to position themselves in lawn chairs in front of their house to prove they are not Muslims and to demonstrate they think its okay to see nude women other than their wife and to show support for all American women.

Since Islam also does not approve of alcohol, a cold 6-pack at your side is further proof of your anti-Muslim sentiment.

The American government appreciates your efforts to root out terrorists and applauds your participation in this anti-terrorist activity.

God bless America !

Franken’s Anti-Rape Amendment May Get Shot Down In The House

Huffington Post reports:

An amendment that would prevent the government from working with contractors who denied victims of assault the right to bring their case to court is in danger of being watered down or stripped entirely from a larger defense appropriations bill.

Multiple sources have told the Huffington Post that Sen. Dan Inouye, a longtime Democrat from Hawaii, is considering removing or altering the provision, which was offered by Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) and passed by the Senate several weeks ago.

Inouye‘s office, sources say, has been lobbied by defense contractors adamant that the language of the Franken amendment would leave them overly exposed to lawsuits and at constant risk of having contracts dry up. The Senate is considering taking out a provision known as the Title VII claim, which (if removed) would allow victims of assault or rape to bring suit against the individual perpetrator but not the contractor who employed him or her.

“The defense contractors have been storming his office,” said a source with knowledge of the situation. “Inouye either will get the amendment taken out altogether, or water it down significantly. If they water it down, they will take out the Title VII claims. This means that in discrimination cases, they will still force you into a secret forced arbitration on KBR’s (or other contractors’) own terms — with your chances of prevailing practically zero. The House seems to be very supportive of the original Franken amendment and all in line, but their hands are tied since it originated in the Senate. And since Inouye runs the show on this bill, he can easily take it out to get Republicans and the defense contractors off his back, which looks increasingly likely.”

A Democratic aide on the Hill, also with knowledge of the situation, confirmed the account, as did a source who works on defense contracting matters outside of Congress. “The contractors are putting on a full-court press on this amendment… they are all doing it,” said the latter source.

A spokesman for the Senate Committee on Appropriations said that “the committee does not comment on ongoing conference negotiations.” But another source with knowledge of the situation stressed that it was premature to say that any decision has been made. Indeed, even the Hill source said that the situation is fluid and could change before the bill is sent out of committee — likely in the next few days.

The decision on what to do with Franken’s amendment is being made in conference committee with the House of Representatives, which severely limits the number of lawmakers who can weigh in on the matter.

The second-longest-serving member of the United States Senate, Inouye is a veteran of WWII. The chairman of the Committee on Appropriations, he has received $294,900 in donations from the defense and aerospace industries over the course of his career, according to the Center for Responsive Politics.

Franken’s amendment passed the Senate on October 21, 2009 by a voting margin of 68 to 30. The 30 Republicans who opposed the provision were widely pilloried in the press. But they were actually joined in some of their concerns by the Obama administration’s Department of Defense, which worried that “enforcement would be problematic, especially in cases where privity of contract does not exist between parties within the supply chain that supports a contract.”

The White House, for its part, told HuffPost it supports the intent of the amendment and it is “working with the conferees to make sure that it is enforceable,” said spokesman Tommy Vietor.

Man Pleads Guilty To Driving His Motorized La-Z-Boy Recliner While Intoxicated

DULUTH, Minn. — A Minnesota man has pleaded guilty to driving his motorized La-Z-Boy chair while drunk. A criminal complaint says 62-year-old Dennis LeRoy Anderson told police he left a bar in the northern Minnesota town of Proctor on his chair after drinking eight or nine beers.

Prosecutors say Anderson’s blood alcohol content was 0.29, more than three times the legal limit, when he crashed into a parked vehicle in August 2008. He was not seriously injured.

Police said the chair was powered by a converted lawnmower and had a stereo and cup holders.

Sixth Judicial District Judge Heather Sweetland stayed 180 days of jail time Monday and ordered two years of probation for Anderson. His attorney, David Keegan, did not immediately return a call for comment.
